All staff are required at minimum to have training based on position, including some or all of Basic Security Training, Occupational First Aid, Advanced Security Training as well as WHIMIS certification. Concierge Officers are trained in the Super-host program.
Static Security Guard Service
The Static Security Guards main role is to control access, greet people, maintain a high presence and deter crime.

Security Patrol Officer
The Security Patrol Officers main role is to patrol property by foot as part of a security team, carrying out customer service, enforcing management policies, reporting defective or vandalized property, responding to calls for first aid, etc. The Patrol Officer is the eyes and ears of the client.

Retail Security - Asset Protection
The role of the Asset Protection Officer is to detect and apprehend shoplifter and thieves. The focus is to prevent as much loss as possible in order to maximize the profit margin of the client.

The role of the Mobile Patrol Officer is to keep a high (plain clothes security officer) profile presence by performing random or prearranged patrols of property.
